Detailed Guzzini experience

I purchased the 'on the go lunch box' and a 'borraccia termica'. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, very easy to navigate. Shipping took about 5 business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The lunch box is surprisingly spacious and the thermal bottle keeps drinks cold for hours, exactly as described. I had a quick question about cleaning the bottle's lid, and customer support responded within a day with clear instructions. The quality of both items seems high, no cheap plastic feel at all. I would recommend these for anyone looking for reliable, stylish containers.

Mostly satisfied with my order

I bought a 'bollitore elettrico' and a 'tostapane'. The items themselves are quite stylish and work well. The toaster browns evenly, and the kettle heats up quickly. My only minor complaint was the packaging for the kettle; it felt a bit flimsy for an electrical appliance, though nothing was damaged. Delivery was on time, and tracking was accurate. Overall, good products and decent value, but they could improve the protection during shipping for delicate items.

Always reliable for kitchenware

Another solid order from Guzzini. I needed new 'contenitori ermetici' and decided to stick with them after good experiences before. They consistently deliver good quality items that last. My previous set lasted years. This new batch arrived exactly as expected, well-packed, and the seals are tight. It's why I keep coming back when I need something for the kitchen; I know what I'm getting.

Nice coffee cups

Got a set of 'tazzine caffè'. They arrived quickly and were well-packed. Good quality, wash well. Simple and effective design for daily use.

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered the Tiffany collection plates. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. The plates feel durable and look nice on the table. Pleased with the purchase from Guzzini.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered the 'collezione tiffany' set, specifically the 'piatti tiffany' and 'bicchieri tiffany', for a dinner party. The items themselves are really nice, they feel sturdy and look elegant, much better than I expected for a plastic-based material. They handled the dishwasher well, which is a big plus. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took a full week to arrive, which felt a little long compared to other online stores, though it did make it in time for my event. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was reassuring. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and the quality of the products, just wish delivery was a tad quicker.

Great value on my first order

I was looking for some new kitchen items and Guzzini popped up. I signed up for their newsletter and got that 10% off for my first order right away. I ended up getting a 'borraccia termica' and a 'on the go lunch box'. With the discount and free shipping, it felt like a really good deal. The products are solid, especially the water bottle, keeps my drink cold for hours. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially since I saved a bit on the initial purchase. Will definitely check out their sales for future buys.

Good value for a first purchase

I was looking for a 'set posate' and found Guzzini had some interesting designs. I managed to catch a sale which made the price very competitive. The cutlery set arrived fairly quickly, and the quality feels solid for what I paid. I was a bit hesitant at first, being a new customer, but the discount made it worth trying. Ended up being a good purchase, definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Nice stuff, looks good

Just got the 'portapane' and some 'bicchieri tiffany'. They look really good in my kitchen, better than I thought they would. Super easy to order, and they got here pretty fast. Made my kitchen feel a bit more put together, you know? Happy with how it all turned out.
